The item can be returned within 30 days from the date of payment. Since all products are customized according to the order, we will charge half of the total amount as the customization fee, so only half of the amount will be refunded, and the delivery fee is borne by the buyer, please be sure to consider carefully before purchasing.
Items must be free of obvious signs of wear or damage. Items changed by jewelers other than us are not eligible for return. Items clearly marked on the website that are not allowed to be returned are not eligible for return.
Please email us or contact our online representative to obtain the refund permission and return address. For all returns and exchanges, include all original packaging and accompanying materials, including the packing slip and all certificates (a $50 replacement fee per certificate will be charged otherwise).
Place the jewelry in a ring box, ideally inside the bag we ship in. Otherwise please include some type of “stuffing” that prevents the item from moving freely inside the box during transit.
Do not write “jewelry”, “moissanite”, “diamond”, “gemstone”, “gold” or similar content on the outside of the box.
After receiving the returned items, our quality assurance department will check and verify the condition of the items. If there is no problem, the refund will be made within 7 working days. The refund will be issued via the payment method used in the original purchase. Provence Jewelry is not responsible for differences in foreign currency refund amounts due to exchange rate fluctuations between the time of purchase and refund. Provence Jewelry is not responsible for any foreign exchange or other fees that are charged by the customer’s financial institution.
We provide very competitive prices for our customers to buy jewelry, and on this basis, we still provide life-long free cleaning and polishing services. The customer can return the jewelry to our company for maintenance at any time (the customer bears the shipping cost).
We offer a 1 year warranty on all of our jewelry, and in the event that there is ever a problem with your jewelry, it can be mailed back to our offices for inspection and repair. If the problem is deemed to be from a structural defect, we will repair or replace the item at no charge to you .
